years of experience across traditional and digital channels. This person will be responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns for assigned clients and managing a team of media strategists through tactical planning, campaign setup, and optimizations and reporting. They will lead internal and client discussions with regard to media recommendations and best practices. Responsibilities:
Manages a media team at various levels Contributes strategically to clients' overall marketing plans by translating the brand's strategic imperatives and objectives to actionable media objectives, and owning the development and tactical implementation of multichannel media recommendations Partners with internal teams and client to define client's media strategy and leads the planning process from start to finish, including:
Development of cross-channel RFP and publisher partner consideration set based on audience insights and knowledge of the vendor landscape Analysis of first- and third-party research to understand target audience's consumption habits and behaviors Evaluation of partner offerings and proposals to determine alignment with media goals and objectives, and conduct negotiations to maximize efficiencies Calculate effectiveness and ROI of potential media tactics Development of channel and tactical recommendation with supporting rationale and measurement strategy Manages performance across campaigns and translates campaign metrics into actionable insights, implications, and optimizations Oversees day-to-day operation of all media activity, including campaign financials, contracting, and ongoing maintenance Maintains strong relationship with publisher partners to help facilitate planning and buying process, client and internal POVs, and to stay abreast of latest updates and offerings Builds rapport with clients by delivering media recommendations, status updates, and POV Has relationships with internal stakeholders to communicate media strategies and creative, and to leverage learnings with all capabilities Know-how:
Minimum of 5
years experience in media planning and buying process within the pharmaceutical industry across HCP and DTC required 3
years management experience 2
years experience in oncology Expert understanding of media buying and planning, including a strong knowledge of the vendor landscape for both traditional and digital and across tactics (eg, programmatic, endemic, EHR, point-of-care) to help develop consideration set for planning and new opportunities for clients Ability to proactively identify and solve problems in a timely manner and improve processes Self-starter who can operate individually and as part of a larger team Analytical thinker with excellent quantitative skills Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and specific industry tools and technology (eg, DCM) Experience leveraging third-party research (eg, Kantar) to inform media recommendations Advanced competency in media math, negotiations, publisher terms and conditions, and performance reports Bachelor's degree or higher All Fingerpainters are currently working safely from their homes but we look forward to the day when we can all be back together in our offices. $150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
