Local Media Planner

Who we need A hands-on local media planner who will create and execute media programs across a variety of clients and media practices including (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Digital, etc.). This position is client-facing and requires a candidate who is a strong, confident presenter with a deep knowledge of the local media landscape. Primary
Responsibilities:
Expertise in local media including traditional and digital. Paid search expertise is a plus. Solid background of both awareness and CPA driven campaigns Learn all phases of the clients' marketing objectives. Develop and execute media plans, including preparation of media budgets Work with account teams to develop media strategy briefs. Work side-by-side with the data analytics team to ensure media plan is guided by client data insight Present media plans including objectives, strategy, tactics, rationale for achieving KPI's Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, etc. Monitor campaigns ensuring all learnings are being optimized Train and supervise media assistants/coordinators as needed Participate in new business project assignments/RFPs. Maintain industry relationships, participate in webinars, industry events, etc. and stay up to date on trends. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree plus 5
years of progressive experience Expertise in local market and national. NY and NJ planning capabilities are a plus Knowledge of hyper-local media planning Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of data analytics and media mix modeling a plus Direct Response media experience a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
