Creative Director
Who we need Marketsmith, inc., is looking for creative director with a copywriting background who is passionate about finding unique, compelling, and engaging ways for communicating a brand or product story across multiple mediums. High-level visual concept ideation and copywriting for integrated campaigns including broadcast, radio, print, digital, out-of-home, and social Collaborate with CEO, account management and research to ensure briefs and direction are clear Proactively understand industry trends and best practices to drive compelling creative across all media platforms Provide critical thinking that inspires conversations that amplify the power of the message across the creative team Lead presentations and provide creative vision / rationale to internal stakeholders and agency clients Oversee radio and video production and accountable for final deliverable Exceptional skills in writing, rewriting, editing, and proofreading. Proficiently write in diverse copy styles across a range of assignments. Strong conceptual skills with intuitive understanding for how copy relates to design and drives outcomes Ensure that mandatories and legal requirements are accurately conveyed across all creative Mange and prioritize across multiple clients and projects within timelines for project milestones. Willingness to wear all hats, we are a close-nit group without egos. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 10
years of copywriting and conceptual experience within a creative or digital agency, or equivalent. Experience working with DTC, utility, retail, and national brand clients. Outstanding portfolio showcasing digital and traditional work across a variety of client types. Solid understanding of creative development--from drafting briefs to executing deliverables. Well-versed in scriptwriting and in crafting both short and long-form content including radio and TV. At least 5 years of management experience with a team-oriented focus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to clients and partners.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
