This role will focus on providing exceptional services that exceed client expectations, enhance the firm's reputation and affect organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Support the Investment Team across lines of businesses including Private Wealth Management and Third-Party Recordkeeping Advisory Services for Qualified Retirement Plans.
Daily administrative tasks managing daily client workflow and customer requests.
Candidate must be competent with computer programs such as word and excel and willing to learn other financial planning programs and have strong phone skills.
This position is part time 30 hours week.
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of office experience.
